4. The 7th FDI Moot: Asia - Pacific Regional Rounds

KCAB INTERNATIONAL is holding the 7th FDI Moot Asia-Pacific Regional Rounds with Center for International Legal Studies (CILS) and Seoul National University School of Law. Increasing international investment, the proliferation of international investment treaties and contracts have contributed to the development of international law that defines obligations between host States and foreign investors and refers to internationalized arbitration procedures for resolving related disputes. The FDI Moot addresses such investment disputes.

Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and 16th Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot (the “AIAC-ICC Pre- Moot”).
